Mother's Day

Mother’s Day is a wonderful time to thank God for the faithful influence of mothers. One of the most powerful examples in history is Susanna Wesley, the mother of John and Charles Wesley. Though she raised a large family with many challenges, she was known for her faithful prayer life. Each day she spent time praying for her children, asking God to guide their lives and bring them to salvation. God answered those prayers in remarkable ways as her sons later became powerful voices for the Gospel, touching countless lives.

This Mother’s Day we will take time to honor the love, sacrifice, and spiritual influence of mothers who faithfully point their families to Christ.
